How do I request a refund?
Your eligibility for a refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased.
YEARLY PLANS: Full refund if you cancel within 21 days of your initial purchase or the start of your next billing cycle. If you cancel after 21 days, you will not be eligible for a refund but you will retain access to the site until the end of your term, then your account will become inactive.
MONTHLY PLANS: Full refund if you cancel within 3 days of the start of your billing period. If you cancel after 3 days, you will not be eligible for a refund that month but you will retain access to the site until the end of your billing period that month, then your account will become inactive.
