Login issues
If you’re having trouble logging into your ShotDeck account, here are a few things to check:
Step 1: Confirm Your Email
- Make sure you’re using the same email address associated with your ShotDeck account.
Step 2: Check for Your Confirmation Code (New Accounts Only)
- If you recently signed up, look for the confirmation code emailed to you.
- You’ll need this code the first time you log in.
- Don’t see it? Check your spam/junk folder.
Step 3: Reset Your Password
If you’ve confirmed your email but still can’t log in, try resetting your password. You can follow the instructions below or watch the video tutorial beneath this article for a step-by-step walkthrough.
- On the login page, click “I forgot my password.”
- Enter the email associated with your ShotDeck account.
- You’ll be sent a new, randomly generated password.
- Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder if needed) for the new password.
- Use this new password to log in.
- Once logged in, you can either:
- Continue using the randomly generated password, or
- Update it to a custom password of your choice.
